You could buy an identical set, and bolt them on to the existing hub, maybe with longer bolts, but shifting might be an issue. You could do what I did in 1972 on my first D17- used band duals, held on with J-bolts that hooked around the end of the Power Shift rails. Snugged up tight, never came loose. Could also install eyes in the inside wheel centers, and hook the J-bolts to them. I use those same duals that way, now on a Ford backhoe.
