These are the BE CAREFUL plates that attach to the back side of the battery boxes on John Deere 2-cylinder models: M, 40, 50, 60, 320, 330, 420, 430, 440, 520, 530, 620, 630, 720, 730 as well as the back of other John Deere models. PLEASE REFER TO THE PICTURE TO DETERMINE WHICH PLATE YOU NEED: The top plate 'A' (p\n R4473) is used on models from 1948-1958. The middle plate 'B' (p\n R4474)is used on models from 1959-1960. The bottom plate 'C' (p\n R4475)is used on models from 1961-1972.
