1971 1070 Case | My dad bought a 1971 Case 1070 black knight demonstrator. it had a stuck engine and the power shift was weak. he pulled it into the shop and got the engine unstuck. he rebuilt the power shift and tranny. he never rebuilt the engine. he had a hard time finding decals for it. (if any one knows how to make decals or knows where some are please tell me). he has used it some but not alot. the summer of 1997 (i think) the brake and steering unit went out and it sat in the barn till the summer of 2001. I took out the unit and me and my dad went and got a used one. I put it in and something broke so I took it out, we fixed it and something wasn't right. this went on and on. I finally got it in there. o and it was in a very tight spot. we start the Beast up and it has worked good ever since. I am glad we got it goin. that was when I was 13.
