Paps Farm | Right now I am only 14 years old but my Pap has always told me stories about his old farmin days. The story I remeber most was when he was baling hay in his one field. He came upon a little downhill with a full wagon load. The wagon started to turn the other direction because of the weight. It kept turning and the tongue snapped. The wagon started rolling down the hill towards the woods. It went over bumbs and hit many big rocks. By the time he caught up to it he could not hook it up. So he had to load all the bales of hay on his truck! He only always had 1 tractor. A 1949 John Deere B. Now my Pap's legs have been ruined because of diabetes. So as a present me and my cousin restored this old tractor. It took us 2 1/2 years. Now we got my cousin's A in the middle of restoration and I'm going to be buying a 1956 John Deere 50 and im gonna use all the old equiptment to farm!
